Social Media Paid Ads Expert

We’re hiring a Social Media Paid Ads Expert to architect, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X (Twitter). You’ll own creative strategy + media buying, build measurement that survives iOS14+, and deliver profitable growth with disciplined testing and crisp reporting.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Plan and execute cross‑platform paid social strategies: funnels for prospecting → retargeting → retention.
  • Build account structures and audiences: interest stacks, custom audiences, LALs, Advantage+ Shopping, catalog sales, and lead‑gen forms.
  • Implement conversion tracking end‑to‑end: Meta Pixel + Conversions API (CAPI), TikTok Pixel + Events API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, UTMs, GA4, and server‑side events via GTM/Cloud.
  • Create and iterate testing roadmaps: hooks/angles, formats, placements, copy, creative ratios (1:1, 9:16, 4:5, 16:9) and thumb‑stop tests.
  • Collaborate with design/video (internal/agency) to brief and optimize creatives; interpret creative analytics (hook rate, hold rate, scroll‑stop).
  • Stand up and optimize WhatsApp + Instant Forms + native lead‑gen flows with CRM integrations (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho/Sheets via Zapier/Make).
  • Set budgets, pacing, and bid strategies; scale winners and cut waste using statistical guardrails.
  • Build clean reporting in Looker Studio/Sheets with business‑level KPIs (CPL, CAC/LTV, ROAS/MER) and narrative insights.
  • Ensure policy compliance and brand safety; manage comments moderation and negative feedback reduction.
  • Partner with CRO/Dev to improve landing‑page speed and conversion (Shopify/WordPress/Webflow checkout & form UX).

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in paid social with hands‑on ownership of monthly spends ≥ [insert typical range, e.g., PKR 1M+/AED 40K+/USD 10K+].
  • Proven wins in Meta Ads (and at least one of TikTok/LinkedIn/Snap). Attach redacted case studies or screenshots with context.
  • Strong grasp of attribution post‑iOS14, CAPI/server‑side tracking, GA4, and UTMs.
  • Data‑driven thinker comfortable with cohorts, CAC/LTV, and statistical testing.
  • Excellent ad copywriting fundamentals and creative feedback skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivots, query, regex), Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Clear English communication (client‑facing reports & calls).

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Shopify/WooCommerce catalog + feed optimization for Advantage+ Shopping/Catalog Sales.
  • Marketing automation (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), CRM mapping, offline conversions.
  • Experience with WhatsApp lead capture + Google Sheets auto‑logging.
  • Basic video editing/asset slicing (CapCut/Premiere) and design tools (Figma/Canva).
  • Experience with B2B (LinkedIn Lead Gen + Sales Navigator integrations).

KPIs You’ll Own

  • ROAS/MER and profitable revenue growth (e‑com)
  • CPL/CAC and lead‑to‑MQL/SQL conversion (lead‑gen)
  • Creative metrics: hook rate, 3‑sec views, hold rate, CTR, CVR
  • Delivery quality: frequency control, cost stability, comment sentiment

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
