Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Lead – PPC who will be responsible for driving new business by selling our performance marketing (PPC) services. The ideal candidate understands the value of PPC in driving business growth and has a proven track record of closing deals in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads interested in PPC services through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Consult clients on their PPC goals and present tailored proposals to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with the PPC strategy team to ensure accurate scoping and smooth onboarding.
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and handing off to delivery teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
- Keep CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce) updated with all activities and communications.
- Stay updated on PPC trends, competitor offerings, and industry benchmarks to position our services effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing to refine pitch materials, case studies, and sales assets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing or PPC services.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing metrics.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into marketing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience selling PPC, SEO, or digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Meta Business Suite.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or SaaS environment.
