Position Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented B2B Sales Account Manager (Remote) to manage and grow relationships with our business clients. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing business clients remotely
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers through virtual meetings and calls
  • Coordinate with technical and sales teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and solutions
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and post-sales support
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on product portfolios, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (preferably in Networking, Telecom, or IT products)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a remote or independent working environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and CRM platforms (Zoho One preferred)
  • Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing time effectively while working remotely
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during standard business hours
