Position Overview

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Working Days : Monday – Friday

Salary: Depending on Experience+ Incentives

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Phoenix Coderex looking for a highly intelligent, proactive, and results-driven Sales Closer who can independently manage the complete sales cycle and consistently convert leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads via cold calling, email outreach, and inbound channels
•  Handle end-to-end sales (self-closing role)
• Pitch and close WordPress, Web Development, and Digital Solutions
• Understand client needs and present customized solutions
• Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
• Assist in team handling and performance support
• Manage dialer operations if required
• Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively

 Requirements

• 2–3 years of B2B sales/closing experience
• Proven experience in WordPress / digital services sales
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong closing, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently (self-closer mindset)
• Smart, confident, and target-driven personality
• Team support/management experience is a plus
