We are looking for a results-driven Senior B2B Sales Consultant to drive new business by selling accounting and compliance service packages to corporate clients. This role is highly sales-focused and requires strong self motivation, problem-solving skills, independent lead generation, consultative selling, and consistent achievement of revenue targets within the UAE market. The role will also involve driving strategic B2B partnerships to expand business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Independently generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and business outreach (lead generation to remain a core KPI)

Drive and develop B2B partnerships to increase market reach and revenue opportunities

Sell accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance service packages to SMEs and corporate clients

Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose suitable accounting solutions

Act as a problem solver, addressing client concerns and offering tailored, solution-oriented approaches

Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals end-to-end

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partners

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and conversion data in CRM systems

Coordinate with internal accounting and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Stay updated on UAE accounting regulations, VAT, and corporate tax requirements


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within accounting, auditing, or professional services

Strong understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and compliance services

Ability to independently source leads and close deals

Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-driven with a strong business development mindset

Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling professional or corporate services in the UAE

Existing network of SME or corporate clients

Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

Consultative and solution-based selling approach
