Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced B2B Team Leader to lead our business development team, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales and experience managing teams to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the B2B sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide training & guidance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments for seamless client engagement
  • Report performance metrics and provide insights to senior management

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
