Role Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven B2B Sales Professional to expand our market presence by acquiring and managing retail chains, distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa outlets, and modern trade partners. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients including distributors, retail chains, supermarkets, and HoReCa partners.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
· Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
· Prepare commercial proposals, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
· Conduct regular market visits and territory planning.
· Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
· Coordinate promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
· Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 2+ years of B2B sales experience in FMCG or Food Industry preferred.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,285.81 per month
