We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive business partnerships and revenue growth for our padel business. This is a field-based role requiring regular client visits, business development meetings, and market outreach. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, confident in client-facing interactions, and comfortable with travel for business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, distributors, retailers, corporate partners, gyms, sports clubs, and commercial prospects
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate new business
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing partners
- Present company offerings, negotiate deals, and close sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets
- Prepare client visit reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Represent the brand professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of B2B / Field Sales / Business Development experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and market visits
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driving license preferred
