We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive business partnerships and revenue growth for our padel business. This is a field-based role requiring regular client visits, business development meetings, and market outreach. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, confident in client-facing interactions, and comfortable with travel for business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients, distributors, retailers, corporate partners, gyms, sports clubs, and commercial prospects
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate new business
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing partners
  • Present company offerings, negotiate deals, and close sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets
  • Prepare client visit reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Represent the brand professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of B2B / Field Sales / Business Development experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and market visits
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driving license preferred

Experience:

  • B2B Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Business Development: 2 years (Required)
  • Field Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
