B2B Sales Executive

PulsePoint Connect is looking for a high-energy, result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our US-based outreach team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for medical practices across the United States. You will be responsible for navigating gatekeepers, engaging with healthcare professionals, and presenting our proprietary technical solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to doctor's offices and medical facilities across targeted US states.
• Lead Management: Effectively use SQL-filtered databases to identify and reach out to high-potential prospects.
• Pitching & Closing: Deliver persuasive sales pitches using our in-house developed technical scripts to build institutional credibility.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule follow-up consultations or demos for the senior sales team.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, feedback, and lead status within the CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
• Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a US-based outbound call center is highly preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and explain technical resources and software solutions.
• Resilience: A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle objections and high-pressure sales targets.
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the night shift (7:30 PM – 5:30 AM) to align with US business hours.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
