The Opportunity

You’ll spearhead new business acquisition and manage high-value accounts, selling our full portfolio of [e.g., flexible packaging, sustainable packaging, pp woven bags] to mid-large B2B clients. Your performance directly shapes your earnings—with top-tier uncapped incentives for closers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt & Develop: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients in target verticals (e.g., manufacturing, retail, FMCG).
  • Solution Selling: Diagnose client pain points and position technical packaging solutions (customization, materials, automation).
  • Revenue Growth: Exceed quarterly sales targets through complex deal negotiation and contract closures.
  • Relationship Management: Build C-suite/decision-maker partnerships for long-term account expansion.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends (e.g., sustainability, e-commerce) to refine sales strategy.
  • Pipeline Rigor: Manage full sales cycle in CRM (e.g., Gluon ERP) from lead to PO.

You MUST Have

  • Non-negotiable:
  • MBA (Supply Chain/Operations/Marketing) OR
  • 10+ years of proven B2B sales success in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial services.
  • Proven record of closing 1M+ deals and consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to articulate technical packaging specs (materials, machinery, design).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Willingness to travel.
