B2B Sales Executives

The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in FMCG, DPH, or retail sales to join our dynamic team at a large pet-food company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and growing existing accounts across the UAE. This role combines proactive sales generation with relationship management to drive sustainable business growth in the pet food and supplies industry. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and market research. • Develop and grow sales with existing wholesale customers by understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to increase product range and volume. • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements. • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. • Gather and share client feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings. • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-development.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications • 2 - 4 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience preferably in FMCG, DPH, retail, or pet food sectors within the region. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly. • Resilient under pressure and able to consistently achieve sales targets. • Valid UAE driving license is required.
