B2B Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated ''Senior B2B Sales Manager'' to join our growing team.



Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

• Develop and maintain B2B channel customers -mainly distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, installers.

• Responsible for creating the business, processing, and achieving sales targets for each channel key customer account.

• Follow up the partner program target.

• Generate new sales. Collect sales demand, and project demand from customers.

• Make market research, brands competition research and create marketing actions to propose our product in the channel market.

• Can give product and sales trainings to the channel customers, confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to partners and customers.


Requirements :


• At least 15 years of work experience in B2B-related Industries.

• Work Experience in IP Surveillance CCTV industry is preferred.

• Deep experience in sales development, B2B/Corporate customers development, and key account management.

• Familiar with distributors and wholesalers’ business structure in Corporate Networking Brands.

• Good relationship with system integrators.

• Experience in team work.

• Good at developing new B2B/Corporate customers and business partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and CCTV installers and maintaining relationships with them.

• Awareness of market dynamics, able to do market research and competition analysis.

• Dedicate to sales target and KPI. Able to create business development plans.

• Strong ability and will to execute plans.

• Confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to partners and customers.

• New product marketing.

• Can communicate smoothly in English. (Speaking and Writing)

• Positive and Responsive at work

• Good attitude for teamwork.

• Bachelor Degree

• Familiar with Microsoft Office software for statistics, data analysis, and reporting.

• General product knowledge background of Enterprise WLAN, LAN (L2/L3 switches), Firewall/Routing, Outdoor PtP/PtMP.

• Familiar with at least 2 networking brands and their enterprise solutions

• Able to understand customers’ demands. Able to select the correct products with the help of presales engineers.
