JOB TITLE : B2B Sales Representative

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key accounts and expand the company’s presence in the pets industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the pet sector.
  • Set realistic sales goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with businesses such as pet stores, veterinary clinics, distributors, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Present tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in the pets industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment with client expectation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing ongoing support and addressing concerns.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the pets industry to position the company as a trusted partner for businesses in this niche.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline progress, deal closures, and revenue generated.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and achievements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with major players in the pets industry, such as pet retailers, distributors, or veterinary networks.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to support B2B sales efforts.
  • A passion for pets and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the pets industry.

Additional Requirements:

  • Driving License:
  • A valid driving license is required, as the role may involve traveling to meet clients, attend meetings, or visit key accounts within the region.
  • Fluency in English:
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients, prepare reports, and negotiate deals.
