Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-driven B2BSales Specialist to generate B2B leads through outbound cold calling for our digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, experience in international sales, and the ability to book qualified appointments for our closing team.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in international sales and earn performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to international B2B prospects
  • Introduce and pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, etc.)
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads
  • Schedule appointments for the senior sales/closing team
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets
  • Build strong pipeline of potential clients

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in international sales or cold calling
  • Experience in B2B sales (digital marketing industry preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral or fluent accent)
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Confidence in handling gatekeepers and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Compensation

  • Basic Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 (based on experience-negotiable for an experienced sales specialist in digital marketing servies)
