B2B Sales Specialist – US Market (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up communication.
• Engage with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers across the US market.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored business solutions.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct product presentations and virtual sales demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, address objections, and successfully close B2B sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions and customer retention.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
• Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue goals.
• Maintain high levels of outbound sales activity, including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Effectively overcome customer objections and negotiate successful outcomes.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Work closely with Team Leads, Sales Managers, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Adhere to company sales processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing product and sales training.
