Job Title : B2B Tele-Sales Executive – Fintech Industry

Location: Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66, Gurugram
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–5 years in B2B telesales, preferably within the fintech or digital payments sector
Languages: Fluent in Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and nurture business leads through outbound calls targeting fintech merchants, micro-ATM operators, and small business owners.
  • Pitch fintech solutions—AePS, DMT, micro-ATM services, bill payments, insurance, mutual funds, and travel bookings.
  • Understand merchant needs and articulate the value proposition clearly to drive B2B onboarding.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales, working with internal teams (operations, account, support) to activate services for clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, monitor pipeline health, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Heads to refine pitch, overcome objections, and ensure seamless merchant integration.
  • Stay current on fintech trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years in B2B tele-sales or inside sales, specifically within fintech, digital payments, financial services, or payment gateways.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
  • Persuasive selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Comfortable working in a metric-driven role, with experience using CRM/sales tools.
  • Familiarity with fintech domain—understanding services such as AePS, micro-ATM, bill payments, mutual funds, etc.—is a major advantage
