B2B Tele-Sales Executive – Telugu Calling

Location: Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana Finkeda
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years in B2B tele-sales

Language Requirement: Fluent in Telugu

Candidate from fintech industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to B2B clients—engage merchants, agents, and shop owners in Telugu-speaking regions to onboard them.
  • Qualify leads, build relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals with B2B clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales pipeline, and meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Head and cross-functional teams (Operations, Support, Product) to sync on onboarding and merchant activation.
  • Monitor competitor trends and provide feedback to improve the sales approach and messaging.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of proven B2B tele-sales experience, preferably in fintech, digital payments, BC (Business Correspondent), or merchant acquisition.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Telugu.
