Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B ticketing operations using Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo
• Issue, re-issue and cancel airline tickets efficiently
• Provide accurate fare quotations and competitive pricing
• Handle booking changes, refunds and client queries
• Communicate professionally with B2B partners and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on rotational shifts
