We work with e-commerce, hospitality, and lifestyle brands to build scalable strategies powered by analytics, creative innovation, and technology.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us scale by generating qualified leads and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients using Apollo.io (or similar AI-powered sales tools), LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Sales Outreach: Build targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to connect with decision-makers in e-commerce, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage leads through the sales cycle, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high-quality engagement.
- Qualification: Assess prospect needs, challenges, and budgets to ensure fit with Digital CubeRoot’s services.
- Conversion: Present tailored proposals, pitch services, and close deals to onboard new clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy and marketing teams to refine messaging, case studies, and outreach assets.
- Reporting: Track and report KPIs (number of leads, qualified leads, conversion rates, closed deals).
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or consulting).
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io or similar sales automation/AI tools (Outreach.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, CRO, UI/UX).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong pipeline discipline with CRM tracking and reporting.
