B2C Customer Service Agent – Motorcycle Parts & Accessories

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Rotational Working

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Service Agent who is energetic, well-spoken, and passionate about bikes. You’ll be the direct link between LRL Motors and our customers — helping them with queries, returns, refunds, and keeping their experience smooth and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle live chats, inbound & outbound calls, and provide quick, friendly assistance.
  • Process cancellations, returns, refunds, and product exchanges accurately.
  • Respond to emails and customer queries with professionalism.
  • Engage in customer retention by building rapport and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain organized records of interactions and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken & written English communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in automotive / motorbike spare parts or accessories.
  • Passion for motorcycles and biking culture.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred.
  • Must be willing to work full-time from our Kochi office (Mon–Sat) with rotational Sunday shifts.
