E-commerce & Digital Sales Lead Purpose

Lead KS Motor’s direct-to-consumer sales growth across the U.S. through e-commerce and digital performance channels.
You will be responsible for increasing revenue through Amazon, and KS Motor website , ensuring that every U.S. customer touchpoint reflects KS Motor’s premium identity and commitment to safety and design.

Works with: Marketing, Logistics, Creative, and Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily online sales operations across Amazon, and brand website.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and conversion funnels for the U.S. market.
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads) to drive sales.
  • Coordinate product launches, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track traffic, conversion rate (CVR), and average order value (AOV).
  • Implement CRM flows for cart recovery, email nurturing, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and returns.
  • Monitor reviews, NPS, and customer satisfaction metrics.

30–60–90 Day Deliverables

Day 30: U.S. store audit (UX, pricing, SEO) and analytics dashboard setup.
Day 60: First digital campaign launched; email flows activated.
Day 90: Revenue +20% and CVR +10% vs. baseline.

Role KPIs

  • Monthly U.S. online sales revenue.
  • Conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV).
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS) and repeat purchase rate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing U.S. e-commerce sales (Shopify, Amazon, or similar).
  • Hands-on expertise with digital ads, SEO, analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Proven track record of online revenue growth and performance optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with strong visual and brand sensibility.
  • Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Compensation & Terms

Salary: USD $55,000 gross per year
Bonus: Quarterly performance incentives
Schedule: Full-time; occasional domestic/international travel (10–20%)

Success Criteria by Month 6

  • ≥30% growth in U.S. online sales.
  • CVR ≥3.5% and AOV ≥ target level.
  • CAC reduced by ≥15%.
  • ≥90% on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Automated performance dashboards and marketing flows active.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
