Duties

• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and needs
• Implement developmental activities that support cognitive, emotional, and physical growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment following childcare regulations and standards
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care

Skills

• Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or daycare settings
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques
• First aid certification and ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children
• Ability to work with children with disabilities or special needs with patience and understanding
• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children in various settings
• Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with enthusiasm for nurturing young minds
