Babysitter/Nanny

JOB Description

Looking for an energetic, upbeat individual to help out with childcare for one 8 year old boy over the summer. Must be willing to play -- soccer, catch, legos, swimming, etc. able to keep a schedule, and drive to activities such as swim lessons. The right individual will be willing to spend time interacting with him, and not rely on electronic or phone entertainment. Some small responsibilities as well -- helping to tidy room, make healthy lunches.

Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas
• Provide safe transportation to and from activities or appointments when necessary
• Administer basic first aid and handle minor health concerns promptly and responsibly.

Skills

• Proven experience working with school age children
• Certification or training in first aid and CPR to ensure safety at all times
• Ability to perform light household chores such as cleaning up after children and meal preparation
• Ability to maintain a schedule, keep appointments.
• Compassionate caregiver with patience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
