Back of House Professionals - Japanese and Persian Cuisine

We are expanding our culinary team in Riyadh.

As part of our upcoming Japanese and Persian restaurant launches, we are now hiring experienced Back of House (BOH) professionals who are passionate about authentic cuisine and high culinary standards.

We are looking for:

• Japanese Cuisine Chefs (Hot & Cold Kitchen / Sushi / Robata experience)
• Persian Cuisine Chefs (Traditional grills, stews, and regional specialties)
• CDP / Sous Chefs with strong pre-opening experience
• Commis Chefs (all sections)
• Kitchen Stewards
