Job Opening: Back Office Executive - E-commerce Operations

Microsoft excel, english knowledge is a must.

Are you highly organized, proficient in Excel, and have a flair for working with computers and the internet? We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team and help manage our growing e-commerce presence. This is an office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning to create, maintain, and update e-commerce product listings across various platforms.
• Working hands-on with our Shopify website.
• Interacting with customers via email and phone to send digital catalogues and provide information.
• Performing general administrative and data entry tasks.

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent English communication (both written and spoken is mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Filters, and Pivot Tables.
• A strong inclination and comfort with computers and the internet.
• A willingness to learn e-commerce listing management.
