Job Title: Back Office Executive + Telecaller

Location: Hingna Wadi, Nagpur
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Back Office Experience Required)
Industry: Automobile (Renault Showroom)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations and documentation
  • Maintain customer records and update databases
  • Coordinate with the sales & service team for customer follow-ups
  • Perform outbound calling for customer reminders, feedback, and inquiries
  • Prepare Excel reports and maintain MIS
  • Manage customer appointments and support walk-in customers
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between departments

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
  • Basic administrative knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and customer-friendly attitude
