We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support internal operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and comfortable handling data, documentation, and administrative communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update internal databases, records, and reports with accuracy.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain Excel sheets, invoices, and documentation in line with company standards.
  • Handle client and vendor communication through emails and phone calls when required.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to internal processes and guidelines.
  • Assist management with data handling and administrative support.
  • Perform daily outreach activities as per training and instructions provided by management.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Management preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, or CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of accounting or documentation processes.
