Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office MEP Engineer to support our engineering and project teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in project planning, coordination, authority submissions, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and assist in project planning and timeline development
• Conduct risk assessments related to MEP scope of work
• Estimate and calculate required manpower including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians
• Manage and process submissions through DEWA and other relevant authority portals
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, site teams, and subcontractors
• Participate in site visits, technical meetings, and client coordination meetings as required
• Prepare preliminary MEP and fire fighting drawings in compliance with project requirements
• Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with project standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and authority approval procedures
• Solid understanding of MEP systems including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in technical work
