Backend AI Developer

We’re looking for a Backend AI Developer to join our growing team. This is your chance to architect the brains behind next-gen AI applications building powerful, scalable backends that make the magic happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure backend systems for AI-driven platforms.
• Develop and optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs for frontend and mobile apps.
• Integrate AI/ML models (NLP, speech-to-text, recommendation engines, third-party AI APIs) into production environments.
• Manage databases, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines for high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend devs, data scientists, and designers to ship end-to-end intelligent solutions.
• Implement strong security, authentication, and RBAC protocols.
• Continuously optimize performance and system scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with AI/ML integration.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or Node.js.
• Strong grasp of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with API design, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and backend performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of security practices (auth, encryption, authorization).
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving chops.
• Bonus: experience with real-time systems and streaming data pipelines.
• Bonus: experience scaling AI models in production.
