Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid educational background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, cloud technologies, and modern databases, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Java.
• Leverage GitHub Co-Pilot and AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable backend solutions.
• Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of proven experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Java.
• Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with databases – PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, or other NoSQL databases (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputed institution.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with micro services architecture and containerization (Dockers, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud-native development and DevOps practices.
• Experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹312,357.95 - ₹1,464,549.21 per year
