About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Backend Developer (C++) to join our growing team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems and services using C++. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable applications, while ensuring code quality, system reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, implement, and optimize backend applications and services using C++.
• API Development & Integration: Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
• Database Management: Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server); design schemas and optimize performance.
• System Performance & Scalability: Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code; conduct peer reviews and follow coding best practices.
• Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing, debugging, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, QA, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex issues; suggest improvements in architecture and development processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a C++ Developer.
• Proven expertise in backend development and system-level programming.
• Experience in API development, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of networking protocols, Linux/Unix environments, or distributed systems is a plus.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month
