Backend Developer (WebRTC Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with deep specialization in WebRTC to

build and scale our real-time communication infrastructure. You will be the backbone of our

video/audio architecture, ensuring high availability and low latency for users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable WebRTC

backend services, including Signaling servers, STUN/TURN servers, and Media Servers

(SFU/MCU).

• Performance Tuning: Optimize network performance, latency, and stability

specifically for real-time UDP/TCP traffic.

• API Development: Develop and secure robust RESTful APIs for session management,

room control, and application logic.

• Scalability & Ops: Implement monitoring, logging, and horizontal scaling solutions to

handle growing user loads.

Required Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: Node.js,

Go (Golang), Python, or Java.

• WebRTC Internals: In-depth understanding of the complete WebRTC stack: ICE, SDP,

STUN, TURN, DTLS, SRTP.

• Media Servers: Hands-on experience with open-source WebRTC media servers such

as Janus, Mediasoup, or Jitsi.

• Networking: Solid understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and NAT

traversal techniques.

• DevOps: Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
