Key Responsibilities

• Conduct verification calls prior to activating customer plans.
• Handle billing-related calls and assist customers with billing clarifications.
• Make post-activation verification and welcome calls to customers.
• Carry out credit verification to confirm eligibility for mobile plans.
• Ensure accurate data management and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

• Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Basic understanding of telecom processes will be considered an added benefit.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Good attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.
• Candidates with data analysis skills will be preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding their own visa.
