Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to clients who demand data storage and data backup solutions in the 7x24 Operations team
• Supporting Data Storage/Backup projects
• Providing solutions with remote connection or on-site support by following the requests from clients
• Carrying out installation, capacity management, update, version management, performance measurement and incident management operations in Data Storage/Backup systems
• Creating inventories of Data Storage/Backup systems and data on them
• Implementing data security technologies for disaster recovering Data Storage/Backup environments

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant fields of universities
• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT field
• Experience of Windows / Linux operations systems
• Experience in disk-based deduplication and compression, tape archive management
• Knowledge of General Network
• Highly skilled for customer orientation and problem solving
• Motivated to team working
• Good command spoken and written English
