Baker

• Assist in the preparation and production of a wide variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, sweets and other baked items.
• Ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure stock is always fresh and of high quality.
• Help with setting up and breaking down bakery equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
• Contribute to the development of new and creative baked goods, ensuring they align with the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Provide excellent attention to detail and maintain consistency in all bakery offerings.
• Continuously improve culinary skills and learn from experienced team members.
