Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Bakery Staff who can prepare high-quality croissants and assist in daily bakery operations. The candidate must have hands-on experience in dough preparation, lamination, shaping, and baking, along with a strong ability to support other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and bake croissants following standard recipes.

-Assist in making other pastries and bakery items.

-Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.

-Support bakery team during daily production.

-Monitor ingredients and report shortages.

Requirements:

-Experience in croissant or pastry making (1–2 years preferred).

-Knowledge of dough handling and lamination.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Good teamwork attitude and reliability.
