Job Summary:
Lumiere Sweets & Pastries Company is looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on bakery experience, strong knowledge of baking techniques, and the ability to maintain high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products
• Follow standard recipes and production guidelines
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient quality
• Support daily production planning and kitchen operations
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products
• Follow food safety and company SOPs at all times
• Assist in new product preparation as required

Requirements:

• Mandatory bakery experience required
• 18 Transferrable Visa (Ahli Visa) is required
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Good knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with a responsible attitude
• Flexible to work shifts and extended hours if required
