Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a baker. This role is essential in ensuring that our food production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail.
• Package finished products for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively and securely.
• Assist with food production tasks, including mixing ingredients and operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant settings is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
