Baker Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Baker Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing a wide range of bakery and pastry products with consistency and professional standards. Candidates must be experienced in preparing different types of breads and pastries suitable for commercial production.

Key Responsibilities:

• brioche loaf breads
• Pita breads
• Cheesecakes
• San sebestian
• Other desserts too
• Croissants
• Cinnabon
• Baguette
• Simit
• Pastries (fatayer)
• Prepare and bake loaf bread, long bread, and samoon bread
• Professional preparation of croissants, pastries, and assorted desserts
• Mix, knead, and shape dough using proper bakery techniques
• Monitor baking times, temperature, and production schedules
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the baking area
• Maintain high standards of product quality, taste, and presentation
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in developing new bakery items when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
• Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets
• Immediate availability preferred
• Valid QID and NOC required
