Job Summary:
The Baker is responsible for preparing ingredients, baking products, and ensuring recipes and processes are consistently followed to deliver high-quality baked goods.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Bake high-quality bread, pastries, and desserts.
  • Follow standardized recipes and processes to maintain consistency.
  • Ensure the highest standards of product quality and freshness.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and adjust baking temperatures and settings as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely production and delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of baking equipment, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Other Considerations:

  • Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
