Shubh Kitchen is a fast-growing, woman-owned, fully licensed commercial bakery based in Natick, MA. We specialize in premium, small-batch, 100% egg-free cookies and baked goods inspired by global flavors.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and humble Bakery Assistant who will work directly with the owner to support production, tastings, inventory, and daily operations.

Role Overview

This position is hands-on and dynamic. You will be deeply involved in:

Production & Kitchen Support

• Assist in daily cookie production and baking
• Help with dough prep, shaping, baking, cooling, and packaging
• Maintain quality control standards
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety protocols are followed

Inventory & Order Planning

• Track ingredient and packaging inventory
• Assist in planning production based on incoming orders
• Support order fulfillment for retail, wholesale, and events
• Help prepare for seasonal launches and large orders

Store Tastings & Brand Representation

• Conduct in-store tastings, attend Farmers Market and sampling events
• Represent Shubh Kitchen with warmth and professionalism
• Educate customers about our egg-free, preservative-free philosophy
• Engage customers and encourage repeat purchases

Coordination & Growth Support

• Work directly in coordination with the owner
• Adapt quickly during busy seasons and holidays
• Support new product launches and operational improvements
• Help streamline daily systems and processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
