We’re expanding our culinary team at The House Restaurant, a leading dining destination in Lusail known for its elegant ambiance, quality ingredients, and freshly baked goods.
We’re looking for a skilled Bakery Chef with a passion for artisanal bread, viennoiserie, and creative baked products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads, pastries, and bakery items following The House standards.
  • Develop new bakery recipes and seasonal products aligned with our brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all baked items.
  • Supervise daily bakery operations, including dough preparation, fermentation, and baking schedules.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and pastry team for menu development and special events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bakery Chef in a restaurant, café, or bakery.
  • Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, lamination, and artisan bread techniques.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail in product presentation.
  • Ability to manage production schedules and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passionate about baking and maintaining high culinary standards.
