• Baking Production & Preparation

Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items—including breads, pastries, cakes, pies, cookies, muffins, and specialty desserts—ensuring consistent texture, flavor, and appearance.

Recipe Accuracy & Quality Consistency

Follow standardized recipes, measurements, and baking techniques to maintain uniform quality across all products, ensuring each batch meets the bakery’s standards.

Decoration, Finishing & Creative Presentation

Decorate and finish cakes, pastries, and cookies with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring all items are visually appealing and professionally presented.
