Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Baking Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members in English

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker or baking specialist
• Good English communication skills (required)
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in baking or pastry arts
• Experience in a bakery, café, or hotel kitchen
• Creative skills in developing new recipes
