Enterprise Rent-A-Car Egypt, a subsidiary of Premier Group, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bank Accountant to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Monitor and reconcile daily bank movements and transactions.

Ensure timely execution of payments, transfers, and deposits.

Maintain accurate records of all banking activities.

Manage the full cycle of financing contracts including initiation, documentation, and closure.

Coordinate with legal and financial departments to ensure contract compliance.

Track contract milestones and payment schedules.

Insurance Documentation Follow-up:

Ensure all financing contracts are supported by valid insurance documents.

Liaise with fleet Department to obtain and renew required policies.

Prepare and follow up on official letters and documents required for licensing and regulatory approvals.

Communicate with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of permits and licenses.

Prepare periodic reports on banking Collections & Payment USD & EGP.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Support audits and financial reviews with accurate documentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in banking operations or financial contract management.

Strong understanding of banking systems, financing instruments, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.

Microsoft Office “Excel & Word”
