  • Role Description

There is a call center opportunity at CIB (Commercial International Bank), which could later lead to staff positions within the bank.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in the banking sector, based in Smart Village. The selected individual will handle customer inquiries, provide prompt support, and ensure customer satisfaction across various channels. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, maintaining positive interactions, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

  • B2 English level at least
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus

Pay: From E£9,000.00 per month
