Job Objective

Responsible for aiding in establishing, keeping, and performing digital projects/offers to increase enquiries, sales, retention, and loyalty for Hertz & Moov By Al-Futtaim.

Responsibilities
  • Become a subject expert to support Hertz & Moov By Al-Futtaim with their Digital Marketing activities, focusing on improving marketing performance, improving consumer engagement, enhancing opportunities, improving retention, and promoting loyalty.
  • Manage the digital campaign introduction process from instruction agencies to evaluating media strategies and implementation in a timely manner.
  • Digital Marketing - Brand support: sustain each brand in its organic and paid media development; drive digital marketing best practices within the organization; uphold divisional policies and criteria and ensure alignment to group strategy; manage the use of digital media to support the firm's product strategy; contribute to marketing efficiency by identifying issues to be addressed in the short and long term.
  • Digital Media & Marketing: support the eCommerce team in tagging, tracking and optimization of online media/advertising for all brands; maintain relationships with media companies with a focus on improving media performance; support end-to-end optimization, including prioritization, requirements gathering, execution, measurement, and next-step recommendations; plan and implement media initiatives; follow up on media strategies and optimize campaigns; monitor campaigns for go-live readiness and timely launches.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree or equivalent; strong understanding of Digital Marketing practices (including Digital Media), and thorough knowledge of Web Analytics, performance marketing and digital media optimization.
  • Minimum experience: 4 years.
  • Digital marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in the Middle East (Automotive advertising experience is not required).
  • Job-specific abilities: strong expertise in Digital Marketing Campaigns, SEO/SEM, Display and Advertising; experience with marketing cloud software and digital analytics tools; experience using a variety of CMS and social networks platforms and tools; ability to create cross-network digital campaigns; strong English communication (Arabic is desirable); analytical and self-motivated.
  • Behavioral competencies: self-driven, data-driven, strong communicator, analytical thinker.
