Banking Business Analyst

Job Description – Presales Consultant (Full-Time)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Consultant to support our sales team by identifying customer requirements, designing technology solutions, and delivering compelling technical presentations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping bridge business needs with technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering meetings.
  • Design and propose tailored technology solutions aligned with customer objectives.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, engineering, and product teams.
  • Provide effort estimations, solution sizing, and high-level architecture designs.
  • Support the sales cycle from opportunity qualification through contract closure.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales, or Solution Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise infrastructure, or business applications.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise customers in Pakistan or the GCC region.
  • Certifications such as AWS, Azure, PMP, ITIL, or relevant technology certifications.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, digital transformation, cloud migration, or managed services solutions.
