Job Description – Presales Consultant (Full-Time)

Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Consultant to support our sales team by identifying customer requirements, designing technology solutions, and delivering compelling technical presentations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering meetings.
- Design and propose tailored technology solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
- Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, engineering, and product teams.
- Provide effort estimations, solution sizing, and high-level architecture designs.
- Support the sales cycle from opportunity qualification through contract closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise infrastructure, or business applications.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise customers in Pakistan or the GCC region.
- Certifications such as AWS, Azure, PMP, ITIL, or relevant technology certifications.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, digital transformation, cloud migration, or managed services solutions.
