Job Summary

We are hiring a Solution Architect to design and lead the architecture of an enterprise-grade Supply Chain CRM platform. This platform integrates customers, orders, inventory, shipments, cases, and analytics into a single system.This role requires deep experience in enterprise systems, integrations, and supply chain workflows. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for the CRM platform
• Design and govern the core data model (customers, orders, shipments, inventory, cases)
• Define integration patterns with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
• Establish API, event-driven, and batch integration standards
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture documents
• Guide development teams on architectural decisions and best practices
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Support build vs buy decisions and technology selection

Required Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in software architecture or senior engineering roles
• Experience designing large-scale, integration-heavy enterprise systems
• Strong background in ERP, supply chain, or logistics platforms
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (ERP/WMS/TMS)
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise applications

Technical Skills

• REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems
• Data modeling for operational and analytical use cases
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Integration middleware experience is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Preferred Domain Knowledge

• Order management and fulfillment
• Inventory visibility and ATP
• Shipment tracking and exception handling
• SLA, OTIF, and service metrics
