- Act as the primary liaison between the company and all partner banks.
- Manage the opening, modification, and closure of company bank accounts.
- Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, settlements, and remittance arrangements.
- Conduct initial review of banking agreements, service contracts, and legal clauses to highlight key terms, obligations, and compliance requirements before legal/management approval.
- Monitor daily liquidity positions and coordinate fund movements with the Treasury team.
- Maintain updated KYC documentation and respond to bank compliance queries promptly.
- Negotiate and track service charges, exchange rates, and transaction fees with banking partners.
- Support periodic audits and regulatory reviews with necessary banking documentation.
- Investigate and resolve operational or settlement issues with banks.
- Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships to ensure reliable support and service.
